PHASE 1 LAND PROJECT
This is the 1st project the Society engaged in and is located along Nairobi-Kangundo road, near KBC Booster. The management has overseen the sale of all 146 plots sized 50 by 100 each with affordable prices to both members and non-members. Our members were able to secure a plot with Kshs.300,000 while non-members bought at Kshs.350,000 ONLY. Prices inclusive of title deeds processing fee upon completion of the payment.
PHASE 2 LAND PROJECT
Phase 2 Land is well fenced with a Security gate, more Value addition of the land is in progress. This is to kindly remind you of our phase 2 Land Plots on sale at a very affordable price, to members a plot is going at Kshs. 400,000 on cash basis and Kshs. 450,000 in installments. The non-members are buying at Kshs. 500,000 on cash and Kshs. 600,000 in installments per plot. Members are encouraged to take advantage of the subsidized price and buy. Please refer this to your relatives and colleagues. Remember the price is exclusive of the Title Deed processing fee and you have up to 18 months to complete the full payment.
PHASE 3 LAND PROJECT
This project involved land selling along Kangundo Road. It was bought back in 2018. It was 10 Acres giving 33 plots. All plots were sold and buyer given Title Deeds
PHASE 4 LAND PROJECT
10 Prime acres are on offer located along Nairobi- Kangundo Road, near Kantafu town, are on offer with few plots remaining. One eighth acre 50 by 100 plot will be sold at Kshs. 650,000 for members and Kshs. 700,000 for non-members.
